Tourism Development Industry Alliance Launch Plan, Travel Itinerary Plan and Brand Marketing Plan
Combining art and industry to create exceptional art islands for tourism in Matsu.
To launch the Matsu Tourism Industry Alliance, virtual colleges were opened in Matsu’s four townships and five islands starting from 2021, which established a 360-degree all-round learning channel for design, industry, culture, technology, and tourism sustainability. Through the cross-industry and cross-generational creation of a common industry alliance and the integration of local artists, we created new brand positioning to explore innovations of local industry and promote the transformation and upgrade of Matsu's tourism-related industries. Through the integration of Matsu's travel features, more possibilities were created for Matsu's tourism off season, making it possible for Matsu to be fun all year round!
Using Matsu tourism as a platform for local industry locked in the potential of international markets and brought together tourism industry operators to conduct health checks of common routes. European boutique groups conducted visits of common routes to expand cross-domain industry integration. Designs were made for themed souvenir packaging for 15 local businesses, helping realize the revitalization of the local economy. Five B&B operators worked with five international and local artists to plan themed suites. This artistic team also designed uniforms for taxi drivers. To improve the image of Matsu tourism and enhance off-season tourism, industry was joined with local groups for promote from the inside out.
