Grand Siraya Tourism Brand Building and Integrated Marketing

Touching Siraya, a place in southern Taiwan even more beautiful than you think.

Starting from the name "Touching Siraya," we created a layered brand communication theme, collaborated with local tourism industry players, and created unique and experiential component products, giving the brand resonance on a local level. We also collaborated with local businesses and travel industry operators to jointly create a brand character for the "Greater Siraya Sightseeing Area."

The core goal of professional localization is internationalization, so we optimized the soft power of industry, enhanced multilingual translation, and optimized key spaces. We also invited many international consultants including key Taiwanese chairpersons and professional international hotel managers to internationalize hospitality and services and enhance local energy and professional knowledge. Channel alliances were made to span international e-commerce platforms, and the first themed sightseeing circle train was launched based on curated themes and marketing strategies.

At the same time, special features of Siraya were integrated into the tourism experience to create a moving, mystical experience. Brand awareness and local product sales were enhanced in domestic tourism markets, and many Internet celebrities and Youtubers from places including Japan and Hong Kong shared the brand in the media. This brought cross-domain publicity to Siraya, a wonderland for international and domestic tourists, bringing guests from across Taiwan and overseas.
